Toting a 120 cover restaurant and their own outdoor area, SoLIta's Didsbury diner will promise the same hearty grub in a parallel environment to its Northern Quarter counterpart. From Krabby Patty's to their Game of Bones burger, expect more inventive edibles from SoLIta this summer.
